Every effort is made to ensure that the merchandise listed on the website is in stock. If an item is not available in the store, we will ship from one of the warehouses located around the country. If an item is not available in the store and not available in one of the warehouses, you will be notified with expected availability date and given the option of cancelling the order.

Most items are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
There are shipping options available other than the options in the listings, if you prefer a shipping option other than the one in the listing, simply contact us and we will quote you a shipping cost for the option you prefer as long as that option is available to us for that particular product. We will always accommodate special requests if within our power to do so. If the item is being shipped from the warehouse, we reserve the right to ship your item through whichever carrier is most cost efficient and convenient for that particular product's warehouse, unless otherwise specified by you and agreed to by us.
If your order is for more than 1 item and they are shipping from different locations, they will arrive in separate packages.

Computers and Electronics purchased from November 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 qualify for a longer return period as stated below in our Holiday Return Policy. Customers who purchase Computers and Electronics products outside of this window must initiate returns within 15 days of the purchase date.
Customers must return items in their original condition to qualify for a refund. The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. For unopened and unused items that are returned for reasons other than the item being defective or dead-on-arrival, there will be a 15% restocking fee . For returned items that have been opened, used, or returned late, we will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent.
Defective or dead-on-arrival returns are eligible for return only within 15 days from purchase date. After 15 days, all defective products must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Note that some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.)
If you are qualified for credit, refund, or exchange, you will need a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Please send an e-mail to support@bob-town.com or call to obtain a RMA number.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box.
You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We will inspect all returned items and award a partial refund if opened or used. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. Any item(s) that is damaged / defective by misuse, played or is missing parts will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

You can return most new and unopened items purchased from November 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 within 30 days of the delivery date or by January 10, 2008, which ever date occurs later. Outside this window, our standard return policy applies.
